Design Services



Full Design Service - $249 and up*

This design service is for clients that only know what they want to accomplish with their postcard, brochure, or other print piece and want a high-end, professional design, but do not know how to go about it. Our design team works to create an effective and appealing design based around your company image and existing print materials. Client must provide a general direction and full text for the design. Does not include copy writing, logo design, illustration, branding, catch phrases/slogans, or photo manipulation.

* Services included, charges, and turnaround times

  • 2-4 business day turnaround for first draft once all materials are received and accepted (images, text, design concept, etc). Complex projects or multiple concurrent projects may increase turnaround time. Turnaround times are based on timely responses to questions or requirements from our designers. Delays in responses can cause delays to design projects.
  • 2 rounds of revisions included. Revisions require up to 1 business day. Round 1 of revisions can include text changes, moving images around and changing a stock photo or color are included. Round 2 can be only minor adjustments to text, spacing, colors, etc. Entirely new design concepts requires additional charges (usually 50% to 100% of a new design charge, at designer's discretion). Each additional round of revisions are $25 each.
  • For end of next business day turnaround of first draft, a $150 rush charge applies. Rush revisions (2-4 business hour after receipt) are charged $50.
  • Includes free review of submitted material for marketability with suggestions on improving the piece.
  • You must provide full text for each side. Condensing text from a larger piece or a website requires copywriting charge $125/hr.
  • Stock photos are $10 each. Vector graphic/illustration purchases can be $10-$20 depending on complexity.

Copywriting Service - $125/hour

Existing design revision - $50-$100

If submitted design does not meet requirements for mailing (not enough space for address, does not meet print requirements, etc), a revision charge is required to bring the piece up to spec. This charge is determined by the designer based on how easy it is to update the design. The original design files are required. If not available, an express design charge of $150 is required to re-create the piece.

Proofing Fee for "Not-Print-Ready" File Submissions - $25

For clients submitting any design that is not in a print-ready format (i.e. MS Word, MS Publisher) that requires adjustment and output to print-ready files are charged a $25 proofing fee.

Proofing Fee for Re-Submitted Designs- $25

If a PDF proof is sent to the client for final approval on a submitted design and a new draft is requested, we require a $25 fee to re-proof the new file.

Low-Resolution Image Submissions

Any files submitted for print that are not print resolution (at least 300dpi) will not be printed without a signed disclaimer acknowledging the print quality will be low, blurry, and blocky. No refunds or credit will be granted for poor quality printing because of low-resolution image submissions.
